Terms of Sale

Checkout

All payments on cScripts are processed by Tebex Limited, our official reseller and merchant of record. By completing a purchase you agree to the Tebex Checkout Terms & Conditions in addition to these terms.

License

• Scripts are licensed, not sold. The license is bound to the Cfx.re account used at checkout.
• You may use a purchased script on servers that run a license key from that same Cfx.re account.
• You may not resell, share, leak or redistribute any purchased resource, in original or modified form.
• Config files and locales may be edited for use on your own server.

Delivery

Scripts are delivered through Cfx.re Asset Escrow and appear in your Keymaster account shortly after payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, it is handled by Tebex according to their terms. If a script does not work as described, contact us on Discord before opening a dispute so we can help.

Updates and support

Updates are provided free of charge through Keymaster. Support is provided through our Discord ticket system.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after the update.
